I have had a few questions about earning points from your orders with doTERRA. doTERRA have an awesome perk called the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP). If you are loving your oils and ordering regularly or have a good list of items that you would like to get, ordering on LRP is a great option. LRP is going to get you not only wholesale pries but your shipping (local orders) returned in points, points based on your order size and some free products. Points can be redeemed for products. Who can Earn Points?
Both Wholesale Customers and Wellness Advocate are able to earn points on eligible LRP orders.
How do I earn Points?
Place an LRP order that is 50pv or over (orders below 50pv will only receive shipping back as points).
How Many Points will I earn?
You will receive 10% to 30% of your LRP order back in points.
The percentage of points will differ depending on how long you have been ordering on LRP. Unless otherwise stated when purchasing an enrolment kit, you will earn 10% of your order PV in points.
The percentage is calculated on the total PV of your order (not the $ value).
You will also receive shipping costs for local orders back into your account in points.
e.g. If you are on the 10% tier and place an order of 150PV and pay $7.95 for shipping. You will receive 15 points from your order and 8 points from your shipping. A total of 23 points (thats a free oil, or save those points and get some of the more expensive oils).
How do I Increase the Percentage of Points that I am Earning?
For every 3 months that you have placed a 50pv (or greater) order the percentage of points will increase by 5% until you reach 30% (the maximum points able to be earned). If you are not placing an order of 50pv or more every month don't worry. If in 6 months you only place 3 orders over 50PV, the percentage will increase by 5% after the third 50PV order as long as you are still ordering through LRP in each of those 6 months.
When will the Points be in my Account?
Points are put into your account between the 15th and 20th of the month following your order. If you order in January, the points from your January order will be in your account after 15 February.
What Happens to my Points if I Cancel my LRP?
If you cancel your LRP you will loose all of your points that have not been redeemed and your percentage will drop back to 10%. I would suggest spending all of your points before cancelling your LRP. Alternatively if you are able to place an LRP order each month with at least 1 product that has a PV, you will keep your points percentage.
What can I Redeem my Points for?
Click here to see what products can be purchased with points and the points required. Not all products can be purchased with points. Diffusers, Limited Time Offers etc are not able to be purchased with points. Its also good to note that you will not be able to redeem points until you have had your doTERRA account for at least 60 days.
